These terms govern use of the DTXSYS website and, where applicable, DTX Social Hub and other digital services offered by DTXSYS. By using a service, you accept the terms that apply to it. If you do not agree, you may stop using it.
Description of the service
DTXSYS develops digital solutions, automation and applied artificial intelligence. DTX Social Hub is designed to organize social accounts, content and metrics through authorized integrations. The corporate website presents these products and offers a contact channel; it does not connect social accounts itself.
Each product specifies its features, available platforms and access conditions. A demonstration screen does not establish an active integration or guarantee that a feature is available for every account. DTX Videos is presented as an upcoming product.
User accounts
When a service requires an account, you must provide accurate information, keep it current and protect access credentials. You are responsible for actions performed through your account and for reporting any access you do not recognize.
Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You must have sufficient capacity to accept these terms and comply with each platform’s age requirements.
Third-party integrations
Connections with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google or YouTube depend on their service availability, granted permissions and their own terms. You can revoke access through the original platform.
DTXSYS is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these platforms unless a verified relationship is expressly stated. Their trademarks belong to their owners. By using a feature that integrates YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube terms.
Permitted use
Use the services lawfully and respect third-party rights, platform rules and the permissions you have granted.
- Do not access accounts, systems or data without permission.
- Do not publish unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or infringing content.
- Do not use automation to send unauthorized communications, bypass limits or manipulate metrics.
- Do not attempt to compromise the security, availability or integrity of the services.
User content
You retain the rights you hold in your content. You must have the licenses, permissions and consent needed to upload, process or publish it.
You authorize us to process that content only as needed to provide the functions you request. Scheduling or publishing must follow your instructions and integration permissions. Review AI-assisted output before using it; it may contain errors.
Intellectual property
The DTXSYS brand, website design and proprietary software are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Access does not transfer ownership or permit copying or redistribution beyond the authorization received. Third-party resources remain subject to their own licenses.
Availability and changes
We work to offer useful and stable services. Maintenance, faults or external platform changes may cause interruptions. We do not promise continuous availability or specific business results.
We may change features or these terms. We will publish the current version and update date; material changes affecting active service users will be communicated through available channels. If paid plans are offered, pricing, cancellation and conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for use that violates these terms, a platform request or a specific risk to the service. Where possible, we will explain the reason and steps to resolve the issue.
You may stop using a service, revoke third-party permissions and request deletion as described in the published instructions. Suspension does not remove rights granted by applicable law.
Responsibilities and reasonable limits
Each party is responsible for its obligations and actions under its control. Metrics, recommendations and AI-assisted features support your work and do not replace your judgment or necessary verification.
We cannot control decisions, changes or interruptions by external platforms. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude non-waivable rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
